It's hard knowing the availability status. Those were when my hardest moments of resisting occured. Just keep reminding yourself of all the progress you've made and how you would NEVER want to start all over at square 1 again.

and that's how i am feeling tonite...alone, and like i am starting at square one.
and again, it's not like there has really been an offer of anything. i wouldn't even know that they weren't together if i hadn't gone to that party. and besides asking if i just would like to see the dog, there hasn't been anything else, just lots of casual chat.
but tonite....i just am back in that place. not knowing what from up, and what to feel. and i don't want to feel anything. i can't help it.
maybe this next vanilla vodka and diet pepsi will lull me to sleep shortly.

i have not contacted him all weekend (well, since friday). i am going to hold out.
i am hoping that he doesn't email me....and if he does, this time i am going to try to be strong and not respond in two seconds.

I hope you were able to resist the urge to call/contact him. I know it is way too tempting to know what is going on his life, but must control all urges. Maybe go back to original posts or a journal of what it was like 2 years ago, if you have that available and it will help strengthen your resolve. I know that is my plan if or when I am ever in your situation.
