I know a guy very similar to Freckers who got what he wanted, and they seem happy. He met her at church. He'd been on the hunt for a while, finally narrowed his search to target young, single mothers in need of a provider, comprehensive health insurance etc. The one where it finally clicked had an infant, and said guy jumped in and took care of the kid a LOT. Whenever he wasn't working, he had the kid with him and was running errands or whatever. Moo was preggers with his kid pretty much immediately following the wedding. Not saying she's insane, just that this guy and Frecks have very narrow target markets and they have to work with that instead of fighting the rest of us women out there.

The culture where he is includes young marriage. I've been to the area, and at 30 I was odd to not have 8 year olds (at least I was married). Freckles I think singles group is a good idea. Also you might see if you can meet people in other towns. I'd say go to places where you might have similar interest with a woman. Additionally you could go to the bigger city near you.

My Church is mostly Older People.
My Town seems to be 70 to 80 percent Spanish(I am White)

Not sure about the cost. BUt yeah, sounds like you have a really specific market you're looking in.
AND, to be honest, it doesnt' sound like you're ready. I understand where you're at, really, I do... I think a lot of poeple get to a place where they think "If only I could find a mate who would fit my agenda, then it would work"
But that isn't reality, and yeah, it is sorta offensive. No one likes to be controlled, or to feel that love is conditional.
I beleive it can be useful to you tho, to be where you're at emotionally right now. Help you narrow it down to what sort of qualities you want, what your ideal woman WOULD be like, if you had a fembot, or could have it all peachy allt eh time...
Bear in mind tho that unless you're maybe Mennonite, the men who luck out wiht women who want the old fashioned wife role didn't get that by asking around for a woman to sign up for that. Some women find out as an after the fact that they LIKE that lifestyle, and some find out there's no way in hell they are staying home all day (excuse my language). And a good husband will respect her wishes becuase he loves HER, not what she provides.
My only other thought is that it sounds like you're Setting yourself up to have some sort of single-dimensional type of tit-for-tat marriage, more like a business negotiation "I"ll pay these bills and you do _______"
What happens when/if you can't fulfill your end of the deal?
Don't you want more? Don't you deserve more?
Give yourself some time. You'll get it figured out.
