Hey Opal,
I went through the same when myself and my ex sold and moved apart. At first I felt this freedom and a rebirth of my life. Then the rollercoaster ride started again. So just beware, you are feeling this way now but more than likely you still have some growing pains to get through.

I am waiting for the rollercoaster ride to start. For now, I'm enjoying this euphoric feeling. I think that the fact that I'm at peace with my decision to leave has truly made the difference for me.
Last night I was able to relax, and I mean completely relax for the first time in years.
Re: My STBX Moved Out Today opal66: So today, my stbx came back to the house we use to share to pick up some more of his stuff. Within 10 seconds, he was able to elevate my blood pressure. I swear to God, his rantings are really making it just that much easier with our divorce. Here's what happened:
He walked in and instantly started in one me because my lap top was on top of our son's football pictures. He started going off how insane it was that I put the laptop in the pics, how I live in a crazy house, blah blah blah. When I explained that the reason was that I quickly put the laptop down to tend to our sick daugher, he went off on how I always have the perfect answer, how he is so sick of that and so on.
I just want to scream in his face, "SHUT THE F UP!!!!!".
Re: My STBX Moved Out Today drowned: That is great to hear! I wish you the best and never look back!

Don't talk about the negative. Tell us about him leaving the house! How did you feel? How did you celebrate?
