MY FIRST HOUSE ALONE!
.

MY FIRST HOUSE ALONE! Wherezmygun: Ok so yesterday i signed a year lease for this little 2 bed room house right outside of my Post here in kansas. Its nothing great but its ok. its $600 a month which is a little more then i wanted to spend but oh well i will live. Im not ogin to try and act like this is not hard or that it does not hirt or bug me. Im scared, im 29 and i have never lived on my own before. I joined the army right out of high school. I lived in the barracks for the 1st 5 years of my military life. then i was married and had my wife to help me and make sure that everything was taken care of if i had forgot to do it. im hirt and sad because this is a smack in the face to tell me that YES RIC YOUR MARRAGE IS OVER. I cant seem to see that before intill i signed that paper. i always had that little glimmer of hope that mybe just maybe she would change her mind.

On the flip side, im a little excited about this too. its going to be a change for me. i can do what ever i want with out haveing to worry if shes going to disaprove . I can leave my bed unmade if i want. i can stay up and watch tv all night if i want, i can walk around nude if i want .

well not much else to say, the excitement has passed and im alittle depressed again talk to you all later
Re: MY FIRST HOUSE ALONE! ezydriver: Hello Ric.

This post hit me with more positivity than you may feel. The way I perceive it is that this is a major positive step towards you finding you. I know it was probably the last thing you ever wanted to do but I remember reading that you sobbed into your pillow in your mates house. Well, this is a good step away from those sorry days.

When you move in it may be a good idea to redocorate entirely. Not only will this give you something active and positive to do but it will also further your sense of identity which is essential in any breakup.

Well done for getting the lease. This was a good positive story to read.

All the best mate.

No, I know.  I lived in Columbus, OH. for a few years, and man what a difference.  I can't give up my beaches :)
