You are healing. It shows. You're going to have good days and bad days, days filled with incredible sadness, and others with barely containable anger. But you are aware, and in control, and that's a good thing. And no, you can't ignore the pain, or force it away; you have to work through it. You can, and you will.

Re: Pop it or let it go away kimberly: NMT, it's so good to see your positive side. It's sounds like you've hit a major milestone in your healing process. You may still encounter some bumps in the road but nothing you can't get over. It's encouraging to see how dramatically people improve over time. I've went back to read some of my earlier posts........holy crap! I went from being bitter and defensive to being somewhat less bitter and defensive LOL. I still have a long way to go. :-[ Keep posting like this one and you'll find people will reply to you in a more helpful manor. PS. you're not really a shcmuk, you were just airing out your anger and frustration.
