Horrible Dream startingover: I can't get back to sleep now after the aweful dream. I was dying and they disappeared with the kids. I know how it sounds, but it really freaked me out.

I haven't dreamed much since my breakup, but then again... I haven't slept much either lol. So I guess it goes hand in hand.

been having some myself lately....been waking up not feeling the slightest bit refreshed.
it's ok...you just have to try to get your mind on something else for a while. it's going to be ok.
