I know it feels like nothing is going to help, nothing is going to get better... Just hang in there babe, hold on for dear life, and know that this is part of the shitty process.... Take a few days off if you can, surround yourself with people who care about you, or just take a retreat on your own (maybe a few days at a bed adn breakfast)...
