Now, an update to this, or a continuation of what happened;
On Thursday night last week he calls me at 3 am, I don't answer the phone and I leave my phone on silent and go back to sleep.
In the morning I check and he's left me 3 messages. The 1st message he's cursing me out telling me what a whore I am, slut, cunt, bitch, everything you can think of (I'm assuming he's pissed off b/c of him snooping in my bureau and finding condoms) so the 2nd message he says and I quote "I'm standing outside your door right now and I'm debating whether to knock it down or not, I have something with me that can take away all my problems right now, especially you. I'm going crazy right now" The 3rd message he's still cursing me out and he's telling me I "better not be having sex in front of the baby". WTF??? He's fucking going crazy and I'm at a point where I just don't know whether to do the restraining order or to just stay away from him and see if he'll cool off and just stay away from him.
This is becoming a very bad situation and I'm scared for real now.
Do I do the restraining order? Will it even help me? Will it help my daughter? I'm afraid that if I get the restraining order it will definitely make him go crazier and definitely come after me. Oh God, I don't know what to do.
Re: Someone say "I told u so" idocsteve: He hasn't cooled off and it's been months. I think it's in your best interest to get a restraining order. If he should come near you, the police will react that much faster if there is an RO in place. If you are in such fear of him that you are afraid to get an RO, then you should definitely get one. It sounds like he is a threat to you, and even if you don't try to get an RO, he may still find something else to get him angry...one way or another, you are going to have to take a risk, and I think you should be proactive rather than sitting around waiting for him to do something.

i have kinda had 2 on me, and yes it will piss him off bad, but he should follow it.
that is a threat, have the cops come and get it, so he cant bother you no more.....

You should ABSOLUTELY get a restraining order. He's threatening you, and who knows what he is capable of. If you still have the messages, which you SHOULD keep, call the police and let them listen.
Re: Someone say "I told u so" newts: Definitely get a RO, every time he violates the order it will go against him when it becomes time to sort out custody issues.
Is there any chance of you moving to a new house?
