Just a quick note flizmo_kid: Damn, I am tired today. Yeah, we agreed to sell the house, and you took the easy road, gettin out early, and finding your own place. You have it easy in this. I unfortunately, do not. Having to shift my schedule on the weekend when I want to relax sucks to the highest degree.
You get to go out when you want, as you have your own space... I get forced out by freaking buyers, invading MY SPACE, MY TIME, and MY PRIVACY! Selling this house that I have worked so hard to buy, maintain, and make into a place I feel comfortable and am proud of, is driving me insane.
Displacement blows, and to some degree, I feel like a refugee on the weekends. Succumbing to the whims of people who are “just looking,” at this point. I never thought that I would ever want out of this place. While we were here, I made it my home, even if you had second thoughts about it. It is really like our marriage. I was in it for the long haul, and you apparently entered into it as a “trial run.”
