I can't believe I am doing this! Melbel: 2 weeks ago I and a potential business partner had an interview with a church (please hold all jokes and laughs!) to open up a Preschool in their building. It went awsome! We have our proposal in and are waiting for them to get back to us...have a great feeling about it. I have not said anything because I didnt want to F* it up!
Today I met with the lady from from Child Welfare to ok the building do background checks and look at our qualifications as teachers. She gave us a 2 thumbs up assuming the Fire Marshall gives us his and we don't have to do anything major to the building.
All I need to do is apply for a business license and take out a business loan, which I see NO problem with either. Then I will be set. Work my own hours (M-F 8:00-4:00 pm) and I will be part owner and Co-Director of the site.
I have had a really crappy week and this is the BEST news I have heard in a LONG time! This would be such a great thing for the kids and I! *OK...trying really hard not to kiss the screen*
