Re: The Cheating Wife burned1: At this point I don't think there is a chance to save the marriage-she tells me she loves me but isn't in love with me anymore and we have gone to a few consuling sessions but due to scheduling constraints, we struggle to make it once a week. In my heart I know she is already gone but my brain doesn't want to admit it. So now I am faced with the task of more or less collecting info on someone I love who is doing something horrid and unforgiveable to me.....

Exactly. Next time you know she's leaving the house have someone come by and download the harddrive. Once you get the info you need, serve her with papers.
