Re: Please can somebody help me. Ray.Banner: EZ,
Instead of beating yourself up, you should be giving yourself a pat on the back- for not getting caught in the trap like her current boyfriend has.
Re: Please can somebody help me. worchid76: I think you should turn all that hurt into anger and feel relieved. This person was not going to be good for you. You know that, you just have to believe it!
Even if you had kept it together she would have cheated with you again.
Seems to be a pattern :-\ And who knows maybe she has cheated on this guy also. Just be happy you are not him and have to freak out thinking if the kid is yours or not :-X

Re: Please can somebody help me. Mango25: I totally feel for you. It's like having a war in your head -- your rational I-know-it's-right-to-move-on voice vs. your emotional but-I-love-him/her-and-what-we-had-was-great voice. Either way, you lose the war by beating yourself up. It's devestating.
You look at your ex and think her having a man and being pregnant makes her better off than you. It doesn't. What are you looking forward to in YOUR life? Really. What are you excited for? What do you want to see/do/learn? Head in that direction and try not to look back.
It's SO hard and I struggle with it every day. But, you have to believe that your happiness is out there. Don't give it away to her. One day you will be happy and will be able to be indifferent to what's going on in her life. You will.
