Start the forgiving and healing process by visualizing the wronged person and yourself saying to them, "I forgive you" - even if you were the one who wronged them. You may then complete this healing circle by visualizing the wronged person replying to you, "And I forgive you also." Even a visualization of forgiveness can bring peace, and replace the idea of who was "right" and who was "wrong."
Letting go is the hardest part, it still is for me after 5 months. But you have to will yourself to do it.
If your spiritual or religious, pray.
Surround yourself w/good friends.
Never be scared to ask for help from those you trust.
Keep a journal, write everything that comes to mind about how u feel.
Start remembering the stuff you enjoyed when u were a kid,
chances are u still probably love it.. (riding bikes, reading, etc.)
