Later, he confirmed that yes, they had been doing what I "felt". Ever since then, I try not to ask because I'd love to be wrong. Of course, I'm not going to ask this time. I don't need to know, and it's not going to help me at all (not that he'd tell me anyway -- he always lies about it now, I guess it's shame because he knows what a complete asshole he is)

No one ever understands what his life is like. Again, puking on my shoes. But I think, in his heart of hearts, he knows just how vile and putrid he is and it's the real reason why he lashes out at everyone. He hates himself, and it transfers into how he treats everyone else.
