1~ It is so final! What if you meet someone and want to have kids with her? My brother in-law had his reversed....yeah he said that was HORRIBLE! Just wear a condom or talk to her about birth control.
2~ I think you are too young and in the middle of so much change right now to make a choice like that...would be so hard! So, cover your buddy and WAIT for awhile!
3~ J got one and was out golfing later that afternoon, went to work the next day. He was more disturbed by the hottie nurse then the procedure ;D. He was a little sore but he was all good!

I will never want more kids. I am sure of that. It might be a deal breaker for some women, but that is okay. I love the 2 kids I have now with everything I have. I don't ever want to take away from them. Condoms feel like crap. I hate them! I'd rather not have sex if I have to use one. I feel nothing with one on and can't orgasm. If she was on birth control that would be okay. If I could trust her. I just don't want to take a chance. And if I can do something that I have control over then there is no worry.

I'm not that young anymore. Yes I'm going through change but it is in a direction that now I have to worry about this again. I've been waiting, but I'm not going to wait forever. If I get this done now then I'll have time to heal up before I test it out.

This isn't a random thought. I've wanted to get one for a couple of years now. I am just thinking of doing it a little quicker now that i am starting to date.
I'm not trying to pick on Melbel's comment. It just summarized everyone's comments very well and added a bit more.

the worse part was a few days after the fact. I had some bad swelling and made it hard to walk or even pee.
i dont know if it is just me but i get a feeling pf pressure sometimes and its uncomfertable , if i dont have a release if a while, im sure that sounds sick but its true for me. i never had that feeling before the surgery.
the actual procedure was quick and pretty painless. the dr did start to cut before the local set in and got an ear ful for that but other then that i didnt feel a thing.
on a scale of 1-10 i give it a 5 in the pain dept.
