I'm going on a freaking year for this divorce already. This is my second lawyer. She is doing much more for me than the first.
Anyway we had mediation back on Sep 6th. Him and his lawyer showed up with no paperwork. No documentation of income or assets or anything. They were using OUR paperwork!!!
Anyways I was in a hurry to get it over with and made the mistake of telling my lawyer to take their word for it and go. They are supposed to send the missing papers ???
So it is Nov 29th. Still no papers and now they cancel the deposition(so they had to show income) because his lawyers office got vandalized.
I so don't buy it!!! I am so mad!!! And today was suppose to be my anniversary. LOL
