Re: I'm I dumb? MEP2006: I remember feeling those exact same things you described above when my ex came back (after leaving me for another woman) and absolutely FLOODED me with promise after promise, and examples of his fidelity, and letting me know where he was, who was with, etc., etc., etc.
Yeah, for 1 month and 3 weeks. Then he went back to the same woman again. Then came back to me. And now is back with her. I don't know your husband, but I know some of what "the game" looks like. I learned this lesson very painfully. If something else lured them away, it probably will again. Protect yourself.
