Re: Powdah Room 11/30 snkpack: I'd like a 5 bedroom with all the bedrooms upstairs. Two suites on each end with fireplaces and master baths. The three bedrooms in the middle would share a bathroom.
Then downstairs I would like a study, a family room, a HUGE kitchen with an island and two stacked ovens, a small area in the kitchen for a breakfast/informal dining area that opens out onto a massive desk with a gazebo at one end and a huge backyard with a paved track for my kids to ride their bikes on, a fancier dining room, and a home office. And the basement would be a family room with an entertainment system, a kitchen and bar, a restroom of course, and one corner of it would be set aside as a home gym!

Re: Powdah Room 11/30 kitkat: A 2 level built into an incline/hill (in the front looks 1 story). 4 bedrooms with a den. Also, a japanese garden and koi pond in the back.
