Best five minutes of your life YellowJacket: In movies and TV you hear a lot of jokes where the woman will say something like "it was the best five minutes of my life." The joke refers to sex with the guy being very quick.
I always figured this was one of those things that you hear all the time on TV that isn't very realistic. I have heard a few friends mention that guys they've been with were very quick. I'd never really heard anything like this before because it's not appropriate to talk about with a woman who is in the relationship. But perhaps now that I'm around so many divorced women that have negative feelings for their X's, it is brought up more.
One who was foreign mentions that sex in her country is just "guy jumps on, goes to it, he's done" and that it's always over quite fast.
Is this more common than I thought? I know quite a few women on OJar have complained. Are there lots of guys that discard foreplay altogether and are really quick about the whole thing? Or is it just something that is exaggerated after the relationship is over to be insulting?

Perhaps it is exaggerated sometimes but not too much.
