what???!!! fading17: ok...so i ended up in the ER on sunday. i'm ok...which is good. my ex and i had been talking before i went so he knew something was wrong...once i told him i was there he wanted to come up....shows up at my house on tuesday night with flowers...sends me txts on my cell monday, tuesday, and wednesday morning saying how he hopes i feel better....helps me with my hw on tuesday night...and then once i start txting him he backs off and wont answers me txts! what?! i sent him 3 on wednesday and he didnt write back til this am and he said he was just busy and tired and his grandpop is in the hospital. so i sent him one back later this afternoon and then silence. it just hurts to have been that close again...and to be with him again like that to go right back to where we were. what gives?! i know this probably sounds stupid... but i'm so upset again. :'(

In otherwords they keep us on the line to get up to "speed" with the next...
When the "next" seems to have failed then they come back around

Re: what???!!! MEP2006: It's classic cat and mouse. My ex did the same thing. The moment I was mad or disinterested or moving on, he was right there showing me how much he lovvvvvvvvvvvved me. The second I responded? Gone.
Pathetic. You deserve a man who can't wait for your text messages and ALWAYS replies. Not this bullshit. Show him you have way more self-esteem than that and won't allow yourself to be treated this way.
