Suddenlink SUXOR bamacannon: Arg this company is driving me NUTS!!!. They bought out cox here in butthole Oklahoma and Ive had nothing but problems from them since. Crappy service, unexpected disconnects and all kinda crazy things. Now my cable was turned off (thanks alot for leaving me broke stbxw) and they called and said they would turn off the cable if I didn't pay. I informed them they turned it off 2 freaking weeks ago. So I told em to forward the final bill to my new address in Alabama (only 8 days till I get there) and Id pay it once I get there. Then they call 3 days later "Pay your bill or were turning off your cable". WHAT part of "its been off for 2 weeks already" dont you people get. SO I tell her the SAME thing, forward the bill and Ill pay it. So the doorbell rings and its the cable guy. He doesn't say hes here to turn off my cable or whatever. The first thing he says "I'm here to collect the $XXXXX bill on your cable AND turn it off" WTF!!!!!! Who the bloody heck sends people to collect bills? I have told these people 3 times, politely, that I will pay the #$@#@ bill when I get home. *bangs head on the wall some more*
