selling my house surprised: So I just talked to my realtor and her boss, and they think I'll be able to ask for a lot more than I thought I would! I got all the paperwork and she's going to try and come back later today to go over more stuff with me. I feel so happy to get the ball rolling on this! Finally something is starting to go the way I need it to! (Fingers crossed that I didn't just jinx myself!)
