I cant comment on colors, complexion and hair color are very hard to tell from one picture but black is always safe.
just a suggestion of course, I'm sure the ladies will chime in with something better :)

I agree jeans are always nice. I would wear a light sweater/shirt over it. Light on everything you know, keep it simple and let your light shine thru it all.
