I suddenly realized something... big_daddy: Being alone sucks.
Two nights in a row I've had the kids and house to myself (this is a great thing)...but suddenly I cannot even sit down and watch a movie, because it just makes want someone to watch a stupid movie with.
Not that its any different when I don't have the house to myself, but for some reason...tonight it just sucks ass.

I know that feeling sucks. Actually, I feel like that too during the 6 hours my ex has my kids every other week. But, I find ways of keeping myself as busy as possible. Of course, it took me a while before I found my alone comfort zone. It's one of those things that oddly, takes practice.

some days, i love having time to myself. just be able to watch what i want, eat what i want, do what i want.
but sometimes i just long for those days of curling up on the couch together to watch movies.
it's a double-edged sword, and you just fight thru it.
