Re: Sexual Abuse smokin: some may consider it sexual abuse freckles, but we cant use that term loosley, cause being really "sexually abused" means a different thing.....
the term your looking for is "loss of consortium" in some states, you can actually sue a spouce, or ex spouce for loss of consortium, which means that they dont give you intimate needs, or sex....
