Re: Breaking Things AngelBaby: Good way to work through the demons honey............

I burned a lot of stuff from our wedding too....my flowers, the boutineers, the card box, a t-shirt we had made on our honeymoon.........

Get rid of it all!  It will release the negative energy and release you from it's hold.
Re: Breaking Things LostTeacher: most of the wedding stuff i left behind.  he got rid of the pictures, and threw a lot of the other stuff away.
when i moved out of my first apartment, i took a precious moments wedding figurine and threw it off my balcony.
when i moved into my second apartment, i threw away every card and note that he ever gave me.  i had kept every piece of paper that he had written on since we were 14.  i'm talking notes passed in class, post-its from my locker, cards, emails, you name it.  read them all for a final time, tossed them into a bag, threw them out.
broke our wedding cd into a million pieces.
threw out every piece of lingerie that i ever wore with him.
a few things i haven't gotten rid of, like my wedding dress, a scrapebook of our wedding that my cousin made, and my expensive jewls.  just smaller steps with those.

good for you girl.  takes some stregth to purge yourself of those things.  like a fresh beginning, which is exactly what you need.
