I feel so helpless......like there's something I should or could be doing....and I'm not. I just don't know what to do.
I know all I can really do is be there for him, and I am 100%, but I just feel like I should be doing more.
Re: Well, I suppose this should go here.... kitkat: Try not to worry about doing so much. You just need to be the calm for him unless he asks you to do something. It's really hard when you're naturally a doer...esp in stressful situations.
