we have had talks about this and exasshat reassured me that it would not happen again.....now he's saying she has just as much say so in discipline as he and I do......WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They see the kids 4 days a month.....they have no say so what soever in how the kids are disciplined!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
put them in time out, take something away....................................
The kids will not be going back for a looooooooooooooong while!!!!!!

this happened to me once, and i found out that the law is on their side, so if you need to get the point across, beat her ass with a raw fish or something.......
freaking waste of air space.......sorry c, ive been through it, and its hard to contain. but you have full custody, and your in a much better position to get restricted visitations. try to have her put out of the visitations, then maybe it will cure it.

I have full custody and my visitation paperwork specifically states ~I~ set the rules, even when he is with her. I say no spanking, NO ONE can spank him. I say no chocolate, no one can give him any. If she has full custody and he has visitations, I'm pretty darn sure she can control what happens to HER children, regardless where they are.
