my old admin i used to get a response back within a few hours. these new ones can go days without getting back to me.
i hate that.

And let me guess, do you have a rule that you have to get back to them quickly? We do - we're required to respond within 24 hours to all emails. But, I know my assistant principal doesn't do that!! :P
