The Top 5 Things I Never Have To Put Up With Again -- Now, it's your turn Mango25: The top five things that, no matter how great he was, I'm glad I never have to put up with again.
1) I never have feel like I'm not as great as his dead wife again. I don't have to live with how perfect he and his daughter saw her -- even though she was far from perfect. I never have to cringe when they refer to "Mommy" again. I, hopefully, will get to be someone else's Mommy.
2) My needs will never have to come a DISTANT second (or third, or 200th) to his daughter's again. If I ever have kids I will put them first, too, but I will not be hyperprotective to a ridiculous extent, and I will not spoil my kid like he does. If there was a choice between my dying in a fire, and her scraping a knee, I'd be burnt toast. I never have to feel like I don't rate on the scale anymore.
3) I don't have to live with the way he saw every little thing as stressful. I never have to listen to the ENDLESS complaining and debating, and debating and complaining, anymore. Even planning a vacation and decorating for Christmas felt like work, and I never have to deal with that again.
4) I don't have to live with his refusing to listen to any music but what HE liked (see Tony Bennett). I CAN BLAST COLDPLAY ALL DAY for the rest of my life if I want to.
5) I never have to keep my dreams to myself again, because I am afraid he won't feel the same. I will find someone who wants to talk about what kind of house we want to live in, what our wedding will be like, and what we want to name our kids . . . I never have to keep my dreams a secret because they might not be shared. He will ALWAYS worry about every worst case scenario the future may hold while I will always look to the future with hope and excitement. I never have to live in that pit again.

1) Not having to listen and pretend I care about him and his mothers drama! ANy lil thing that happens, "Oh my there's an ant in the house" they flip out! I no longer care or have to deal with it.
2) I don't have to hear anymore information about the death metal scene!!
3) I will never again put up with bad sex! - enough said
4) No more of his embarrassing, immature, self-consumed conversations with everyone, that includes with me too.
5) YAY to no more having to watch him tweeze hair off of every part of his body!

2. I never have to wake him up every morning just to go to work. He was too lazy to get up on his own. I did this for years. Now I can just take care of me.
3. I never have to wonder what is wrong with me. He’s the one who is messed up in the head (he is on medication for it). He will be the one who wakes up one morning realizing everything good in his life is gone. I will wake up knowing my life can only get better.
4. I never have to pick up after him anymore. He was too lazy to put anything away. We both worked, but I was the one taking care of things at home.
5. I never have to settle. I can make my life the way I want it. I don’t have to do things his way anymore.

- being made to feel like my feelings don't matter
- his living with his ex and weekly promises to sell the house
- his gas
- his small dck
- his subtle insinuations that all of his possessions are better than mine
- his refusal to say something sweet
- his refusal to be romantic
- his defensiveness
- his jokes when i am hurt or angry
- his ego
- his golf
- his phone
- his childishness
