I think you're on a special kind of coaster because you're in such frequent contact. It must be so hard! and right there, you were faced with a physical reminder of the good times.
Keep a copy of that list of why you are glad he's gone hidden in your desk.. and run and read it whenever you get these thoughts. ;)
Re: loop de loops? icwtsmnl: yes, always have the list. lists are good. sometimes they grow old though. like the Pledge of Allegiance or something you've memorized-- it loses its meaning after a while. you know? which is why i keep repeating myself in my own ranting posts (and threads that other people start about what they don't miss, etc.).
had he been with some other chick, i would be repulsed too, but that's not what ended our relationship. anyhoo....where's my damn list? :)
