Saucy (and quick) Chicken Tacos
.

Saucy (and quick) Chicken Tacos Temporary: 1-2 10oz can(s) pre-cooked chicken chunks (depending on preference)
1 pkg taco seasoning (modified:  add water per directions on packet)
1/2 can condensed tomato soup
1 cup uncooked rice (brown or white)

Combine all ingredients in a large skillet or saucepan.  Bring to a boil, stirring often.  Reduce heat to a gentle simmer and cover.  Stir mixture often enough to keep it from sticking, but not constantly.  Cook until rice is tender and liquid has turned saucy.  Fill hard or soft taco wraps and add your favorite toppings.

*Takes less than 20 minutes and the tomato soup adds a nice salsa-esque taste.  Only one dirty pan!
Re: Saucy (and quick) Chicken Tacos kitkat: I think my kids might actually eat that!
Thx

Re: Saucy (and quick) Chicken Tacos Temporary: Mine do and my daughter is the Queen of "I don't like that even though I've never tasted it".  Good luck!
Re: Saucy (and quick) Chicken Tacos Temporary: PS - I've found the best way to get your kids to try stuff is to let them assist in cooking it.  Very rarely will they proclaim to "hate" something if they made it.  ;)
