Re: Saucy (and quick) Chicken Tacos Cherry: Can do. Im looking forward to trying it. My problem is, I have issues with what I eat and am very careful. The kids dont like most of what I make. If I had simple meals for them I wouldn't feel so overwhelmed and would eat better because I would have time and energy to make 2 diff things.

I've had to perfect the 20 minute meal that picky children won't pretend to gag at since I'm alone and my time is so limited.

The only issues with the kids are some of my girl's allergies. banannas, oranges, watermelon, crab, pecans, walnuts, rice, string beans. Ummmm yeah I think that is it. She is now tolerating apples. And she hates carrots.
Does that make me a pain?? :)
