I have forgiven but not forgotten and now i can't bring myself to forget that I do love the man in some way shape or form. If i could be angry enough, mad enough, and unforgivng enough it'd been easy to just walk away.

Re: Forgiveness mhiba: I forgave my ex through a letter I wrote containing every honest feeling I had for her. It was hard after she used me as a damn steeping stool to get back to her ex.
I never heard back from her, havent seen or heard of what she is doing now. (Part of the no-contact sh*t, sucks but it is working) At least I know I did the right thing. I know that for whatever reason she thought was right to just drop out of my life, she knows she has lost a good thing. A man willing to forgive in the face of such adversity, Im sure her new friend will never be able to match such integrity.
I say forgiveness is a must, for your own sake!
