Ok, I thought I would ask this because I know there are some of you out there who have reconciled with your exes; even if only temporarily.
I don't think there is even the slightest chance that my husband will come back to me but even if he did, and I decided I wanted to try again..I know my friends and family would murder me first. They are so angry at what he did that they would never understand a reconciliation.
I was wondering if any of you actually lived through that experience already and if so..how did you handle your family and friends' reactions?
Did they care at all? Did they understand and forgive/accept your ex?
Part of me thinks that there isn't any use having hope for a future with my husband because no one on my side of things (family/friends) would accept it after what he has done. I think HIS family would be overjoyed to see us together again, and have told me as much, but that is beside the point...

Re: How would your friends and family react if you reunited with your ex? jojo: we dont all overlook our children freckles, if I went back to him my children would be in a far more dangerous hostile and unloving situation and even though they might have been happy about us being together again I seriously doubt it now they have tasted a loving warm situation. infact they would be in the queue just behind my mother!

Now. I would be disowned. My family would make me choose either them or her. I dont blame them one bit. THey have always been the ones left behind to pick up the pieces.
