"The Emotionally Abused Woman" Crystal_Blue_024: What a FANTASTIC book!!!! I just started reading this a few days ago, and I see myself in SO much of what they talk about... Lots of which I think I was, and still am, afraid to face, but I'm trying to keep an open mind and open heart.... I highly highly recommend this book!!!!

Re: "The Emotionally Abused Woman" superwife: Is the author Beverly Engel ? I just looked it up, and it got great customer feedback. It may be a tough read for me as well, especially while I am in a relationship :-[, but I am talking about this with my therapist now. So it may be necessary.

It's an AMAZING book... I'm almost all the way through it now... It's definitely a tough read, but it makes you really look at things and ponder things... It makes you dig deep, and uproot some deep-seeded issues, that many of us have taken a LONG time to bury...
I HIGHLY recommend it.
