But I think if I were 8 months pregnant I would surely tell the assclown ( I use that term lovingly) to stay the heck home!!! Geez! Cant the trip wait?! OR at least be shortened.....he doesnt need to go for the full 2 weeks does he...thats a lengthy vacation IMO.
Babies come early all the time. i vote for staying home on this one if he hopefully comes to his senses. How long and easilly accesible is the flight from where you are to where hes going in case he needed to cut out early if you guys agree that he will be going?
Ps- ya, I wouldnt worry about the 5 dollar hookers so much either, if he does go ;)

It's a hard one to get by, you know that. He is also feeling the pressure of settling down with you and your girls, and his new daughter. He will go if you fight him on this, but, he may look at it differently if you don't fight, just explain what you are feeling. I've been on these trips, and I've been the good boy, it's tougher to go and behave then it is to stay home and take that flack. Hang in there Hun, I'm around if you want to chat.
BTW, I didn't hear the name that was decided, but Spikette has a nice sound.
Re: Help me out here....how do I deal with this? Topaz: I would concur with what YJ and Blazin' said - he may not necessarily know what you're feeling, so it's up to you to convey your concerns in a level-headed and emotionally way, and then allow him to make a decision.
