i will bring it in for the night regardless...but if we can get ahold of the people who we think own it...then we'll take it over. but being 10 pm i doubt that will happen. the roughest thing is that i know how dogs are in crates....and it's gonna be a LOOONGGG night.
thankfully we didn't get it too bad...2 years ago it was MUCH MUCH worse...

Re: cold hearted...literally trapped: Aww bring the baby in. Noones gonna know. And its not like you got a pet~~~~youre just quite possibly saving this dogs life until you can figure out where he belongs.
I wouldnt worry about the policy. Plus, youve got the crate so if he gets unruly you can always crate him. Sounds like hes probably just cold, tired and hungry though and would be glad to have a warm home to go snoozies in. ALso, my dog loves his crate. He goes in there willingly ~~~its like his little safe haven. If I couldnt find him he would always be in there ( this is my husky who my ex has now but just sayin)
Hell, I'd be bringing the little guy in bed w/ me for the night if it were me! ;)
