As I got older I enjoyed building model planes
Now its:
Road and Mountain bikes
Climbing equipment
Snowboards
Motorcycles (Dirtbikes and streetbikes)
Jeeps and rock crawlers (building an 85 toyota into a baja truck)
RC cars and helicopters.
I still build model airplanes

Re: The Pub 1/16 C-Note: A close friend collected baseball cards when we were kids. I realized grown-ups, people that were parents were not always sane and made worse decisions then us kids sometimes. By the time we were in highschool my buddy had enough baseball cards to fill a large trunk. The kind with the big round latch that flips down and snaps into place.
Well this huge trunk filled with cards neatly stacked with rows in layers one on top of the other was also memorized in my friends head. I could pickup any card in the trunk and read a random fact and my buddy could tell me everything else on the card, Player, team, stats and stuff.
His father sat that trunk on the curb one day and let the trash truck haul it off with the garbage. I don't remember what the reasons were that his dad justified his action. To this day I can think of nothing that could have that justified it.
I've never spoken to his father since. No hello's or goodbyes when ever I'm in town to visit. Nothing. I wonder what the value of that trunk would be today?
