Re: Food at it's most healthiest state Magalucia: Gazpacho is my favorite soup and while it does have oil, vinegar and lemon juice, the veggies are all raw. Chilled gazpacho and a warm sourdough baguette is my idea of a perfect lunch.
I grew up eating ceviche tostadas her in So. Cal. so raw fish in lemon juice is a staple.
I like my steaks medium rare, but I have not been brave enough to eat steak tartar yet.
Does natural sea salt already contain iodine? Just wondering. I will have to read the package.
