extremely frustrated recentlydiscarded: ok I just spent the last 2 hours typing the s2bx a letter. this letter included every single thing that I need to tell him...all the things I never had the guts to tell him and some really intense heartfelt feelings that I have had bottled up for quite some time. Typing this letter was personally gratifying and actually made me feel like a huge weight was lifted off of me. So I was feeling really good about it and I hit send but the internet connection had been terminated so I reconnected and hit send again and........the message disappeared and never got sent. I hit the back key frantically but nothing. Two hours of pouring out my heart and it's gone. I just cant muster up the strength to go through all that again. It was very emotionally draining for me and now Im left feeling really frustrated and depressed again.
Maybe it wasnt meant to be.

You might have regretted sending it later today or tomorrow.
Most people are told that after they write a letter like that they should either tear it up or hold on to it for a day or two to make sure they feel good about sending it.
Re:extremely frustrated amess: The good thing about it is that you were able to get all of your feelings out. That's the most important thing. Writing is cathartic.

If you have a long post, break it up into several pieces.
