Ok at this point it has nothing to do with what he wants... because it is you that is being effected by his behaviour... At this point it is important to think about what you want ... if you want the divorce... then by all means move forward with it... it is really not important whether he approves or not...
You do what you feel is best for you!!! Be strong... don't be manipulated!!!

Get the show on the road. He'll stall , and stall, and stall... I filed for divorce last friday morning at 8am in Ft Lauderdale. I cant stand her, being married to her, or how she behaves.
I would Highly recommend getting a financial restraining order slapped on him if he makes more money than you.. this covers your behind if he tries to get cute and run up credit lines, or spend all the available money in accounts.
If you know the divorce is going to happen, get the wheels in motion NOW, not later..
