Blood will always be thicker than water and eventually something is going to go awry.
If you can separate yourself from the typical "guy" fantasy for a bit and get back to reality...then you need to make a decision.
Do either of these women warrant a relationship worth pursuing and if so, than establish it and be done with the whole sexual tension, two pretty sisters, who shall I choose routine....
...otherwise, you will be the odd man out real soon.

Yep. Actually, I'm surprised it hasn't happened already.
As far as relationships go, Shirine will probably make an excellent friend, and Miriam will probably make an excellent psycho ex-girlfriend.
Now, the update I promised... Shirine spent the night last night. No sex, but it was really nice having a warm body next to me again.
