1) She is tired of your insecurities regarding these guys. She wants to be with you, but doesn't want to give up her friends, even if they are always flirting with her. She sees value in their company but cannot hang out with them or tell you she is hanging out with them without you getting your back up.
2) She is cheating on you.
With all the info you have given I can't come to a conclusion. Do some digging and you'll find out if its #1 or #2. #1 is harder to fix, and will require work on your part. #2 is easy, but hurts like hell.
