Officially MY house! LettinGo: I totally forgot to mention ... Tuesday STBX went with me to the County Clerk and signed over the house to me ... and without having to buy him out. Yippee!
I know there will be problems arising when his family finds out, but I can't be concerned about them right now.... I need to worry about my kids.
Now to make sure he doesn't default on paying his child support so that I can afford the house ...
