What I'm ready for: cloud: I'm ready to be past this divorce.
I'm ready to see my ex for who she really is--just a person. Nothing magical, nothing spectacular, nothing powerful. Just a woman who has more issues than the Republican National Convention on crack.
I'm ready to look at each day in terms of what I plan to get out of it, not how I plan to get through it.
I'm ready for the most beautiful and intelligent woman to come up to me to talk and then ask her to hold on a second while I finish a conversation with a friend.
I'm ready for life to meet me halfway and then I plan to grab it around the neck and ride it like a bull.
I'm ready for my ex to second-guess her feelings and call crying---and get my voicemail.
I'm ready for the good guys to finish first---and if we have to lose a little of our good guy luster to get there, I'm ready to shake that goody-two shoes coil off and cross the finish line ahead of rich boy, biker boy, too cool for the world boy, and every other boy out there who thinks he has got a step on me.
I'm ready to get lucky in terms of just plain luck. I want to find $10 on the ground. I want to have my favorite movie come on--at the beginning--just as I turn on the TV set. I want to have a minor car accident with Bill Gates who is in too much of a hurry to exchange insurance cards and he just hands me a blank check.
In other words, I'm ready.
And I'm tired of waiting.

In other words, you have met your quota for mishaps, disappointments, hurt and unlucky events?
They say that if you surround yourself with good karma, positive energy and inspirational people, that it is inevitable that your world will confirm to your surroundings.
But you know what cloud, without all the bad stuff, you would have no appreciation for the good. It is all relative my friend.
