Re: the ring Phoenix5822: I'm not giving mine back. First, it's mine. He put it on a credit card that we paid back, so technically I paid for half of it anyway. It was not a family heirloom, REALLY expensive, or anything like that.
Secondly, I am having mine and his melted down and made into a new ring for my 4 year old. I may or may not wear it in the meantime (probably not) but I am sure she would love to have it when she gets older. (I have my dad's wedding wing from when he was married to my mom and I love it...)

Well then you're not really keeping it are you? It's being unified and going to be given to your daughter. I think you're excused, phoenix. ;)
Re: the ring Phoenix5822: Thankfully we only had one child, and it's a girl! lol ;)
I know a guy who smashed his up with a hammer in front of his stbxw. I guess to each his own.
Re: the ring lonewolf: Wow. Talk about moments of giving in to your anger (read:stupidity) - not that i'm one to judge people.
But i'm sure he'd love to have his money back now.

I bought a ring for my first true love. As far as I know, it's currently residing about 60' down on some reef in Fiji.
