You know what bugs me about stbxs, exs, everything, but you know what really gets me, what really burns me up, is when they talk. That's right when they open their mouths and they say:
"I hope we can be friends."
I love that. Sure. Let's be friends. Hey, we just raised kids for the past several years and I've worked my butt off and we've had a zillion holidays and family get togethers, but yeah, I'm all for talking on the phone once a week about the weather while I watch another episode of MASH where Radar is running around telling people "we got wounded" while I'm cutting up a half-dead lime for my Gin and Tonic.

Oh, thanks. I guess that's like saying "yes, I am standing on your heart BUT I'm not putting all of my weight into it."

Thank you. Could you narrow the timeframe down because again I've seen all the MASH episodes and having to deal with you and your social life certainly doesn't make the time pass before Mrs. Right appears with a 6-pack and the Die Hard trilogy.

Then what way is the way you love me now. Because loving me while trying to throw me under the train and hiding the fact that you are with an OM while the divorce is still going on doesn't quite give me goose bumps.
