I'm going through the same thing as you at the moment, trying to work things out. The important thing to remember is to keep yourself emotional guarded at all times. Piece by piece, as trust returns, and as a noticeable solidity in the relationship returns, you can invest more and more emotion into the equation. But after two weeks you sound a little too emotionally attached to a situation where you should be anything but.
