If you have blue eyes, wear brown eye shadow. If you have brown eyes, wear blue.

What if you have green eyes?

Purple (like a lavender or a mauve).  Brings out the green.

Have a beauty tip? yella: Ladies:

Because we, at some point, have gone through a divorce/break-up, it can hit our self esteem. I thought it would be good to have a thread dedicated to beauty tips to help us boost our self esteem.

If you have a beauty tip you'd like to share, post it here and we can all learn something new.

Mine for the day is about the shinies that many of us get throughout our day. If you wear a foundation, and it tends to get shiny, use a piece of a toilet seat cover (I'm serious, stop laughing!!), and gently blot your skin with it. Please do this BEFORE you sit on the cover!!  ;) :P

The tissue will absorb the oils without removing your make-up. When you're done, you'll look shine free and fresh! Toilet paper and facial tissues will remove the oil, but the make-up too, leaving your skin blothcy.  ;)
Re: Have a beauty tip? Alphabet Girl: Those Clean and Clear oil absorbing pads work really well, too. I tried the Mary Kay ones, but I have found it pulls my foundation off with the oil, too. The Clean and Clear seems to work better. We don't have toilet seat covers at my work!!! LOL
Re: Have a beauty tip? big_daddy: BD's Beauty Tip for the Day:

This is not meant to be mean to anyone who might be overweight or have some extra pounds in places they don't want them.

But please...when you wake up in the morning and look in the mirror, be honest with yourself...should you really wear that baby tee? Are short shorts really the best option?

Women of all shapes and sizes can be extremely attractive, but women who try to pretend that they are 8 sizes smaller than they really are?

Not so "beauty"full.
